Is my shipment guaranteed? For US domestic shipments, yes, your shipment is guaranteed. For international shipment shipping via the USPS (United States Postal System), we cannot guarantee delivery since we have no method of tracking your shipment. Once it leaves our building, it is the receiver's responsibility. What is our return policy? We are able to return products but there is a 30%
restocking fee, and we can only give a credit on the product itself, not the
shipping. Of course, the return shipping would be at your expense. We require a
return authorization number prior to a return. I hope this helps.
